Nowadays I can lucid dream almost every time. Lucid dreams inspire me so much. I love it!
& how do I lucid dream? I've just gotten to the habit of asking myself "Is this a dream?", & then I realize, of course, I am dreaming.
One thing is scary though, you can become addicted to lucid dreaming; you want to sleep rather than be awake.
